Shipping & Returns
Where do you ship, and what does it cost?+
We ship across the United States. Standard shipping is $8, and it is free on orders over $100. If you need it sooner, Express is $15. We pack and send orders within one to two business days.
Where is my order?+
Once your order ships you will get a confirmation email with tracking. You can also see status anytime by logging into your account. If tracking has not moved in a few days, reach out below and we will chase it down.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
Email us as fast as you can and we will do everything we can. Once an order is packed or shipped we cannot change it, but we will always try to help.
Do you ship internationally?+
Not through the site yet, we are US only for now. But if you are outside the States and you see something you want, reach out at info@highlarkconcierge.com and we will see what we can do. We would rather get it to you than not.
What is your return policy?+
Highlark Originals: if it is unworn with tags, reach out within 14 days and we will sort an exchange or store credit. Curated and one-of-one pieces are final sale, since they are single items we cannot restock. Either way, if something arrives wrong or damaged, tell us and we will make it right.
Sizing & Fit
How do I find my size?+
Our fitted hats are New Era 59FIFTY and run true to size. If you know your 59FIFTY size, that is your size with us. If you are not sure, measure around your head just above the ears and match it to the chart below. Many of our pieces are one of one and come in a single size, listed on the product page.
Authenticity & Drops
Are the Curated pieces authentic? What condition?+
Every Curated piece is authentic deadstock, sourced from the shops and people we have worked with for years, what we call the Highlark Vault. Most are one of one. They are new unless the listing tells you otherwise, and any condition notes live on the product page. When it is gone, it is gone.
Will sold-out pieces come back?+
Usually not. We only got what we got, and the one of ones do not come back around. For first look at what is coming, get on the list or step into the Inner Circle.
